While photography attempts to rebuild people’s experience in the scene, the four boundaries of the image limit people’s further perception of a shooting scene. The presentation of image sequences also exists as dots rather than a linear narrative mode. “How to take a night road” is a guide for rambling after dusk. The shooting scenes(including lights and streets) are re-modeled in the form of a panorama video which allows the audiences to choose their perspective freely.
These scenes rebuild a path in 3D space that pieces all the spaces of sliced memory together. The position of the camera in the video is constantly moving. Observing from a certain perspective at a certain position when walking on this road, you will find the landscape I prepared for this position. This is an exploratory way of seeing for audience.

Cai Minhao (b. 1998, Guangzhou), is an artist who primarily working with photography and digital media. By focusing on the abstraction of the media itself, he produces works based on the transformation between media. He is particularly interested in urban space as the landscape, and the complex emotions (direct but not immediate stimuli) brought by the narrative structure.
蔡旻皓 (b. 1998, 广东广州)，是一位主要使用摄影与数字媒体为媒介的创作者。 他的创作基于媒介本身的抽象性，并关注媒介之间的语义转换。 他尤其感兴趣的是作为风景的城市空间，以及叙事结构带来的复杂情绪 (直接但不立即的反应)。
